Compact Laminate Application & Classification

The HPL Board is made of decorative confetti impregnated with melamine resin, laminated with multi-layer black or brown kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin, and then pressed with steel plate in a high temperature (150 ° C) high pressure (1430 psi) environment, with thicknesses ranging from 1.5mm to 2.5mm. It's possible to make it up to 30mm thick. According to its surface color paper sheet, the phenolic resin fiberboard can meet a range of color options, single-sided or double-sided decorative requirements. Compact Laminate is a popular term for phenolic resin sheets, a modern environmentally friendly material that is acid, alkali, heat, moisture, and collision resistant.

Classification of Compact Boards
Water resistance, moisture resistance, heat resistance, weather resistance, resistance, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and fast cleaning and maintenance are all characteristics of High Pressure Laminate Board. As a consequence, the anti-Bite board has a wide variety of uses and can be categorized into the following groups. There are three types:

  1. Indoor form - It is commonly used in counters and interior walls of public structures such as banks and airports, public rooms and sanitary partitions, and stations due to its wear resistance, fire prevention, antibacterial, and antistatic properties.
